anyway i got to love index, since its interesting anime. Also Misaka Mikoto is my one of my faves from there and she is so cute, isnt she?

Today i decided to vector something because i was bored and i had an urge to do it
and so i found this scan below

so as you can see i had to reconstruct a lot of things including the hair! i hate it!
but it turned out to be good i think
also for background its completely changed, also i added those wind thingies based on screenshot from the same anime. added some birds, clouds, and so on, well i think i said it all.
