Well well, my name is Kristina and from Serbia. I am an artist which loves anime and manga and loves making high resolution wallpapers. I am using only official images to vector, so none of them is a rip or something. if i decide to use someone else's work which they said it can be used i will properly credit that person <3

Vectoring is cleaning of image in a lot better way and in a style you imagine it in, its somehow redrawing but the art is not mine and it belongs to the official creators.and since its from officials scans i am allowed to use it.
for example you use it to clean the scans covered in text and cleaning the image...
