I am an artist which loves anime and manga and loves making high resolution wallpapers. I am using only official images to vector, so none of them is a rip or something. if i decide to use someone else's work which they said it can be used i will properly credit that person <3

Vectoring is cleaning of image in a lot better way and in a style you imagine it in, its somehow redrawing but the art is not mine and it belongs to the official creators (those images include manga scans, anime screenshots, scans of anime/mangas in general).and since its from officials scans i am allowed to use it.
for example you use it to clean the scans covered in text and cleaning the image...
